Whats The Strongest Norco?

House, it's time to buy?

"The brick never falls." And
'This is one of the most widespread popular belief on investment property.
Far from it!

Property, like all things, are subject to cycles bullish and bearish cycles: it is true that the houses in the last 50 years have increased considerably in value, but if you go to analyze the price decade by decade, you'll see that at certain times Historic buildings have gone up in price while others have declined.

make me smile all those articles in which the reader is urged to invest in real estate always: I read one, authoritative source, dated September 2008, claiming that it was just the "right time" to buy. A month later we saw the subprime mortgage crisis in America.

Now I wonder: "Is it possible that whoever wrote this journal of economics and finance do not realize that was going on a gigantic housing bubble?"
The answer is yes, probably knew it.
The problem must be sought at the source. Who are the owners of these newspapers?
almost always behind these publishing giants are the major builders and property developers in Italy! And you have to say? That the housing market is about to explode? They're not fools, and then they always say the same things were told trying to il lettore.
